Okanagan EquiStore uses secure PayPal systems for online ordering enabling you to use a VISA, Mastercard or AMEX Credit Card and direct payment options.

All online orders are processed within 72 hours and confirmation of shipment is sent via email (if email address is provided at time of order) and can be tracked through the Canada Post system.

All orders are subject to provincial tax rules. For out of country shipping there are no taxes added.

Refund policy:

Okanagan EquiStore is happy to offer refunds or replacement on damaged and unopened products. If a product is damaged in shipment then the following procedure applies:

• Contact us IMMEDIATELY via email using the contact page.
• Canada Post MUST be notified within 24 hours of shipment receipt
• All packaging and product should be kept as is for possible verification by Canada Post
• We will send you proper procedure to follow for the return of the product
• For health and safety reasons opened product may not be returned for refund
